Yes. Tubeless tires reduce inner-tube puncture issues, but tire pressure and tread condition should still be checked regularly. The recommended pressure is about 340 kPa or 50 psi.
The scooter is rated IP54 for dust and splash resistance, but it should not be submerged, pressure-washed or ridden through deep water. Make sure the charging port is dry before charging.
