Compatibility & Before You Buy

What vehicles is this alarm compatible with?

This universal alarm is designed for compatible electric scooters and e-bikes with a 29V–68V battery system and a supported connector type. Available connector options include XT30, XT60, XT90 and EC5. Always compare your vehicle’s connector and voltage before ordering.

Does installation require wiring?

Yes. The alarm is installed inline between the battery and controller using the matching connector. No wire cutting should be required when the correct connector version is selected, but the battery must be disconnected before installation.

Can I install the alarm myself?

Installation is suitable for riders who are familiar with opening the scooter deck and checking electrical connectors. If you are unsure about battery wiring, connector orientation or reassembly, we recommend asking a qualified technician for help.

What should I check before ordering?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
