Order Cancellation
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request cancellation at any time. Once the cancellation is confirmed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within two business days.
Electric Scooter Return Policy
Customers must request a return within 15 days after receiving the product and provide a valid order number or proof of purchase. Returned products must be in their original condition, free of excessive wear or damage, and include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging. If the product arrives with non-man-made defects or damage caused during transportation, we will arrange a free return, replacement, or repair service.
If the return is requested due to personal reasons, the round-trip shipping cost will be borne by the customer, and the refund amount may be reduced based on actual logistics costs and any depreciation charges. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows significant signs of use, missing accessories, modifications, or man-made damages.
Parts and Accessories Return Policy
Due to the nature of electronic components, parts and accessories are generally not eligible for return once shipped. If you receive an incorrect item, missing accessories, transportation damage, or the product fails to operate properly within seven days of receipt (non-man-made), please contact our customer service team for a replacement or reshipment arrangement.
Used Electric Scooter Return Policy
Used scooters are covered by the same two-year warranty as new scooters. If the product arrives with functional issues or conditions that significantly differ from the description, the customer may request a return or replacement within five business days after delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once the returned product is received, our team will conduct an inspection within five business days to verify compliance with the return conditions. Upon approval, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within seven business days.
