2. Eligibility & Requirements

During the campaign period, customers who purchase any qualifying electric scooter on this website (including scooters featured on this add-to-cart page) may select up to 2 complimentary accessories from the designated list at no extra charge.

Selected promotional accessories must be added to the cart together with the scooter at the time of purchase. Orders placed without selecting gifts will be considered as forfeiting the promotion, and gifts will not be reissued or shipped separately.
3. Gift Limitations & Availability

Limited to a maximum of 2 free accessories per order, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Promotional gifts cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, exchanged for store credit, or swapped for non-qualifying products.

Gift variants (including color, style, and version) are subject to real-time inventory. If the chosen variant is out of stock, an alternative of the same category and equal value may be fulfilled without prior notice. The actual item received shall prevail.
4. Returns & Refunds

In the event of a full order return, if promotional gifts are used, opened, or not returned, their official retail value will be deducted from the total refund amount.

5. Shipping & Delivery
