For electric scooters, delivery takes 3–5 days.

For spare parts, some items ship from the factory and take 6–12 days, while others ship from our EU warehouse and take 3–5 days.

If you cannot find a Kukirin spare part listed on our website, please contact our customer service team. Provide the part name or a photo of the part, and we will help you check availability and arrange the purchase.

Spare parts cannot be returned. However, if you receive incorrect parts or parts that are defective and cannot be used, we will provide a replacement or a refund.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
