Please be advised of the following adjustments to our shipping schedule from Friday, February 6th to Thursday, February 26th:

Electric Scooters: NORMAL SHIPPING. All scooter orders will be processed and dispatched within our standard timeframe.

Parts & Accessories: SHIPPING PAUSE. Due to factory holiday closures, orders for individual parts and accessories placed after Feb 6th will be fulfilled starting from February 27th in the order they were received.
Why the delay? Our parts manufacturing facility will be closed for the annual break. We want to ensure every component meets our quality standards before they head your way, which requires our full team to be back on-site.
